Most of my creative energy lately has gone to Young Women stuff. We just had New Beginnings and it reminded me that I never posted one of our team waterfall pennants from last year so I finally am doing that. It was a whole sport themed night. We also had navy blue t-shirts made that say Waterfall Young women est. 2007. It was quite the night if I do say so myself. This year we did "Become the Girl of your Dreams....they came in jammies, white balloons for clouds, etc. It was fun too, but not the shindig we had last year. They each took home a pillow case to remind them to become the girl of their dreams each night through the young women program. I sewed ribbon on them...notice no picture because they were not my best work:) The blasted ribbon kept moving around.
Also we made these craft boards with the girls to put in their rooms. They are to remind them of the new theme this year: Be thou an EXAMPLE of the believers 1 Timothy 4:12. I love Young Womens and all the great gals I work with!!
